In early 2008, Philip Leitman and Larry Suchman recognized that the economy was likely to falter, and they saw the wisdom in helping more than 100 tenants promote their businesses. Reactions to the comprehensive marketing program made it apparent that the "i-am-anti-recession" campaign is very much needed now. As a result, Philip and Larry are expanding the program to make it available to other businesses and charities.

The campaign utilizes upbeat anti-recession marketing materials at each store, restaurant and business, as well as an interactive website (www.i-am-anti-recession.com) to promote special values and consumer sweepstakes that include exciting prizes to attract customers to participating businesses.

"The addition of this new program will benefit our clients and tenants," said Larry. The company's longstanding market knowledge, expertise and willingness to act are being received tremendously well by tenants.
